Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Return Shipping: 

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Additionally, any items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
